I wanted to write to say how pleased –and surprised- I was at the extent of your customer service. I purchased three bags recently and was thrilled with all of them. When the zipper on my inspired Coach bag broke I was sure that was the end. I called customer service to ask if I might exchange the bag or if it could be repaired. No questions asked, a new bag was sent out to me……they didn’t even want the old bag returned as confirmation. Outstanding. You have a customer for life in me.
